Girl Talk adopts the Radiohead model...sort of.

Girl Talk has a new album out and is selling it using the “pay what you want” model. One of the interesting kickers is if you chose to pay $10 or more you get to download the MP3s and receive the CD (once it comes out) in the mail. That’s a pretty sweet deal; get the album for yourself on iTunes and send the CD to a friend.

I haven’t heard any of the new songs yet (I’ll check it out on Hypem tonight) and I’ve never bought a Girl Talk album, but after seeing him live I think I could get into it.
