Trouble finding doctors

Taylor pulled (or tore) his hamstring in our softball game last night. He is going to see a doctor today that was recommended by a family friend. Before he had the appointment set up we looked online for sites with patient reviews of doctors in NY. I was suprised to find that web 2.0 doesn’t seem to have a good solution for this. I tried Health World Web and ZocDoc, neither of which were particularly helpful.

Are there others out there I am missing?
